Privacy

Account information. When you create an account, EMSrate Pro stores your email address, name, role, and the profile fields you provide (title, organization, organization type). Authentication is provided by the Base44 platform; we do not store your password.

Saved scenarios and preferences. Your saved lookups and preference settings are stored per user and isolated so only you (and platform administrators) can read them. Exports (CSV and PDF) are generated in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

Payments. Subscriptions are processed by Base44 Payments. Card and payment details are handled by the payment processor, not by EMSrate Pro. We store your subscription status and entitlement so the app can grant or revoke access.

Usage analytics. We record anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, which features are used and on which platform) to improve the product. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

External services. Rate lookups use CMS data stored in the app. Mileage calculations send addresses to the U.S. Census Geocoder and OpenRouteService for geocoding and routing. Hospital lookups use web search to resolve facility locations. These providers receive the inputs needed to return a result.

Data retention. Your account and saved scenarios remain until you delete them. You can delete your account and your saved data yourself at any time from My Account → Account & Subscription → Delete account; the deletion happens immediately, and any paid subscription is canceled at the same time. Records of past payments are retained for accounting and tax purposes.
