Subscription & Cancellation

Plans. Operations ($9.90/month) and Analytics Pro ($24.90/month) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through Base44 Payments. Enterprise is coming soon. A free trial (two ZIP codes, three lookups each) requires no credit card.

Renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You are charged on the same calendar day each billing cycle.

How to cancel. Sign in, open the gear icon in the top-right, and go to Account & Subscription. Turn off auto-renewal there. You can also cancel from your payment provider's account if applicable.

Access after cancellation. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free trial terms.

Refunds. We do not issue partial-month refunds. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Whitelisted corporate accounts. If your email domain is whitelisted, you receive full access at no charge labeled "Free Corporate Account." Whitelisting is managed by the platform administrator and may be changed or removed.

Downgrades. Moving from Analytics Pro to Operations removes access to the premium analytics tools (Revenue Estimator, Contract Pricing, Service Area Analysis, Hospital Lookup). Cancel the higher plan after subscribing to the lower one to avoid being charged for both.
