Informational use only. EMSrate Pro provides Medicare ambulance reimbursement benchmarks, estimates, and reference materials for informational and planning purposes. Rates and calculations are not guaranteed payments. Always verify rates and coverage with your Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) before submitting claims.

Your license. You may use EMSrate Pro for your own reimbursement research and analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the underlying data, or use the service to build a competing product.

Your inputs. You are responsible for the assumptions you enter — payer rates, trip volumes, mileage, and mix. Calculated results reflect your inputs and are only as reliable as those inputs.

Acceptable use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, or submit abusive or fraudulent content through the Report a Data Issue feature.

No warranty. The service is provided "as is." While we work to keep CMS data current and accurate, we make no warranty that results are error-free or complete.

Subscriptions. Paid plans renew and cancel as described on the Subscription & Cancellation page.

These terms may be updated; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
